Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) operates 24/7 to monitor and maintain your servers. Remote diagnostic software allows NOC engineers to process alerts. We can provide monitoring and troubleshooting of network and hardware devices such as switches, routers, printers and UPS Via SNMP.

The ActiveOffice management agent will monitor all aspects of your server hardware for faults such as hard disk, power supply or fan failures, and alert our Service Desk to take action. It also conducts over 150 deep operating and application checks on your server, raising alerts based on industry and vendor best practice. All this minimises downtime and disruption to your business and keeps your operations running smoothly.
