ActiveOffice On-Premise Managed Exchange 20xx Service

The ActiveOffice On-Premise Managed Exchange 20xx Service is an on-site Managed Exchange Service, or a dedicated on-site Exchange 20xx Service. Customers can then choose to have a service based on Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010 or a migration service between Exchange 2007 and 2010.

The ActiveOffice On-Premise Managed Exchange 20xx Service is similar to our ActiveMail Hosted Exchange 2007 Service, except that we physically locate the ActiveMail Exchange 20xx Service hardware within the customer premises network. With the ActiveOffice On-premise Managed Exchange 20xx Service, we provide all of the: hardware, additional application software, application security software, all technical design consultancy and migration services, to get your Exchange Service fully commissioned and tested for all your users.

We further complement this service provision with our exceptional 0800 to 1800 hrs UK expert Microsoft Gold Partner Accredited Exchange helpdesk, 24x7 telephone support, and onsite support services with up to 4 hours hardware replacement with engineer to site (UK mainland).

As a customer of these services you simply ‘consumes’ Exchange 20xx as a service on a monthly flat fee per user with absolutely no capital costs and ActiveOffice provide all of the professional services, hardware, software and support services.  All Exchange hardware remains the responsibility and property of ActiveOffice and you also have the option to purchase the hardware at the end of the contract for a nominal fee.

ActiveOffice preferred hardware vendor partners for our On-Premise Managed Exchange 20xx Service are Dell and Cisco Systems.

Our On-Premise Managed Exchange 20xx Service is the perfect option for customers who want their Exchange service to be physically located at their premises, but who want to ‘consume’ those Exchange services as if they were delivered as a ‘cloud’ model.

ActiveOffice Dedicated Hosted & Managed Exchange 2010 Service

Our Dedicated Hosted & Managed Exchange 2010 service can be described as a hybrid between our On-Premise Exchange 20xx Services and our Shared Hosted Exchange 2007 Services.

Our Dedicated Hosted Exchange 2010 Service provides customers with a genuinely dedicated Exchange 2010 Service, hosted within our ISO270001 hosting environment. 

Our Dedicated Hosted Exchange 2010 Service is both physically and logically designed and implemented upon a service platform that is not virtualised and that is not shared with any other organisations.

Our Dedicated Hosted Exchange 2010 Services are all hosted within ‘The Bunker’ (Kent & Newbury) with all of the associated  infrastructural benefits of highly resilient  power, diverse and separate Internet routing and of course exceptional levels of both physical and logical military grade security.
