Additionally, for every minute the ActiveOffice service is unavailable ActiveOffice will refund 50 times the amount paid by the Customer for that period of service loss.

Example:

• A customer has our ActiveMail service with 50 users (£375 per month).
• This equates to a cost of 0.85 pence per service minute (51p per hour).
• If our service was unavailable for 1 hour during the month, our customer would be paid 50 times the amount paid for that period of Downtime or £25.61.
• All repayments are automatically credited to the customer account and a minimum repayment of £5 applies.
