5GB Mailbox Storage Included Per User

An ActiveMail subscription includes a massive 5GB of storage per mailbox enabling you to save more of your critical business correspondence. Additionally your email storage is ‘pooled’, giving you ultimate flexibility in how to allocate it to your users. For example power users and company VIPs could receive more storage and standard users receive less. ActiveMail support a massive maximum mailbox of 20GB and additional storage can be added to your account at anytime through the control panel.

Outlook 2007 or Entourage Included

The ActiveMail service includes a free copy of Outlook 2007 for Windows users, or Entourage 2004 for Mac users, for all ActiveMail users in your organisation. This is a major advantage of ActiveMail versus 'in-house' Exchange 2007 software, which no longer includes Outlook 2007.

Advanced Webmail Access

ActiveMail includes Outlook Web Access 2007, which now contains much of the functionality of the Outlook 2007 desktop interface. Features and views are virtually identical, and the performance is outstanding. Web client deployment is ideal for home workers and roaming staff, keeping your employees productive when on the move.

ActiveMail provides a number of different mechanisms and services to provide a cost effective email archiving solution for our customers. ActiveOffice understands the burden this can place on your business, and to provide an easy to deploy service, we have formed a partnership with Global Relay Communications in order to offer our customers exceptional Hosted Exchange archiving services.

Team Public Folders

ActiveMail helps drive company productivity with public folders. Public folders which are shared company folders that allow your staff to collaborate using shared contacts, calendars and task lists. Public folders allow employees to share information more effectively, which in turn maximises their productivity. With ActiveMail, we can setup public folders with an email to be used for generic email aliases such as sales@ or info@ without using additional mailbox resources.
