Active Mail operates a fully staffed helpdesk giving personalised support for Outlook configuration, setup, email migration as well as answering general questions about Exchange 2007, Office 2007 or Windows Mobile devices.

The Active Mail Helpdesk will also be able to assist with using the Active Mail Portal whether trying to set up a new user, a new distribution list, and registering or transferring a domain name.

Logging a Support Issue
The Active Office helpdesk utilises a ticketing system to track all support enquires. A support ticket can be created one of two ways; emailing or telephoning the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk assigns a priority to the support issue based upon whether the problem is affecting an individual, a group or everyone on the Active Mail system. You will be provided with a support ticket reference number to enable tracking and accountability of any issues raised. Within Office Hours the Active Office Helpdesk aims to answer any phone calls within one minute and respond to all email support issues raised within 30 minutes.
